Terms of trade

Order at the webshop – To place a order on our webshop you must:

Add the items you want to your basket.
Touch the shopping cart in the upper right corner.
Touch View Basket.
Confirm the desired items, as well as the amount of them.
Press Go to checkout.
enter your personal information
Select delivery method.
Choose payment method.
Accept sales and delivery terms.
Make sure all information is correct, and then press Release Order.
Fill out the payment details and complete the payment.
Once the order in the webshop is completed, the customer receives a receipt for mail order receipt. When the order is ready for delivery, an order confirmation will be sent, after which we will withdraw the money. After this, the right of withdrawal lapses.

Delivery – The item will be shipped no later than 7 working days after receipt of the order. If the item is out of stock and can not be purchased, you will be notified of the phone so we can quickly find out for a solution. If you do not take the phone, we will send an email. The service is performed as soon as possible by agreement. We deliver with our own car in Denmark. However, we only deliver to the mainland as well as brooky islands. If you are not home, we will as far as possible make the goods at an appropriate place. You must write in the comments box at the checkout where you want the item being asked.

Shipping – Cost of delivery is 89 kroner in Denmark. We ship the goods in thermocouples with ice, so they stay cold for 24 hours.

Payment – The card used for purchase is charged when the product is shipped to the card holder.

Cancellation – It is possible to cancel your orders until the time the item has been taken. If you wish to cancel a product, please call us at +45 30484960 or +45 20584668.

Right of withdrawal – There is no right of withdrawal of food in Denmark. Therefore, you have no right of withdrawal with us. But if you experience a defective product that does not meet your requirements, please call us and we will find a solution in cooperation.

Complaint – Complaint must be made upon receipt of the goods.

Personal Information – Go-Fish processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Information that may be associated with you as a person will never be available to other companies or could be linked to other external records.

Card Information – When shopping at Go-Fish, card information is processed by quickpay.net, paypal or mobilepay, which are secure online payment solutions for Dankort, Visa and MasterCard / Eurocard. All card information is handled in accordance with card organization rules.

All prices in the webshop are inclusive of VAT and other taxes. The total cost of the purchase is stated before the order is completed and includes all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and delivery costs.
